After the birth
Postpartum massage
A session for the weeks after the birth, once your doctor or midwife has given the go-ahead.
We work on the shoulders, upper back, neck and arms, the places that carry a baby. You can lie on your side or sit, and we pause whenever you need to feed or hold your baby.
Side-lying or seated, as feels right
Your baby welcome in a carrier or car seat

How a visit goes
- 01
Step 1: Check in
Your therapist asks how you are feeling, where to avoid and how the birth went, only as much as you want to say.
- 02
Step 2: Settle in
You choose a position, side-lying or seated, and your baby's carrier or seat goes where you can reach it.
- 03
Step 3: The session
We work one area at a time. When your baby needs you, we stop, and the clock stops with us.
- 04
Step 4: Afterward
Take a minute, with water. Book the next visit or add time on your way out.
Before you book
The go-ahead and what to bring
Your provider's go-ahead
Please ask your doctor or midwife before you book, and tell your therapist when you gave birth and how.
Your baby
Bring a carrier or a car seat, and anything you need for a feed. Older children need another adult with them.
Your doula
If your doula suggested a session, tell us. She is welcome for the first few minutes.
Postpartum questions
When can I come after the birth?
Once your doctor or midwife has given the go-ahead. Tell your therapist when you gave birth and how, as much as you wish to share.
Can I bring my baby?
After the birth, yes, in a carrier or a car seat. We stop whenever you need to feed or hold them, and the clock stops with us.
What if I need to stop?
Tell us, and we stop right away. You can pause, change position or end the session at any time, for any reason.

Bring your baby, and bring your questions.
